Bruce W. Smith is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser earning an SRA Designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2002 in recognition of additional education and specialized experience, which is awarded to fewer than 1% of appraisers nationwide. Bruce has been an FHA/HUD approved appraiser since 1999 and is a Designated "Supervisory Appraiser" by the State of Arizona. Bruce is also licensed in real estate sales.
In addition to completing a variety of residential forms for lending purposes, Bruce enjoys working with realtors who request his services to assist in pricing homes for resale purposes. He also has relationships with local estate and family law attorneys to assist in estate valuations and family law settlements as well as accountants and asset mangers.
